Acceptance of Terms. By using https://josecaraudio.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Car Stereo Installation, Speaker Upgrade Service, Subwoofer Installation, Car Audio Installer, Car Audio Shop, Custom Car Audio, Car Speaker Replacement, Vehicle Audio Upgrade provided by JoseCarAudio. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to JoseCarAudio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. JoseCarAudio reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JoseCarAudio makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will JoseCarAudio's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold JoseCarAudio harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. NM law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NM.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
